According to the FSB, “a resident of Sevastopol was used in the terrorist sabotage with the aim of damaging the transport infrastructure of the peninsula and interrupting military transportation.”

The FSB reported that the person involved in the sabotage is a Russian citizen born in 1978, who was collecting information for Kiev in order to attack the railway network.

FSB operators seized makeshift explosive devices that contained foreign-made components.
