Cuban diplomat lectures in Bolivia on migratory policy

La Paz, Aug 18 (Prensa Latina) Ernesto Soberón, general director of Consular Affairs and Attention to Cubans Living Abroad, presents today in Bolivia a virtual conference on the Cuban Migratory Policy, which will be transmitted through the zoom platform.

Called The Cuban Migratory Policy and the attention to Cubans living abroad, the lecture is developed from the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Plurinational Diplomatic Academy of Bolivia and the Higher Institute of International Relations Raul Roa Garcia, of the Foreign Ministry of Cuba.

The day before, Soberón held a meeting with compatriots residing in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, capital of the department of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

“Always a pleasant experience to receive the warm embrace, the Cuban spirit and the desire to build the future of the homeland#JuntosXCuba,” wrote the director on his Twitter account.

The diplomat added that among other topics of interests they talked about the IV Conference of the Nation and Emigration, convened for November 18 and 19, 2023 in Havana.
