The SCNJ, openly an adversary of the Executive Branch, accepted to process the constitutional controversy that Governor Maru Campos promoted against the free book delivery.

There is a very strong war promoted by the Judiciary, especially its highest level, the SCJN, against the Executive Branch, thanks to the fact that the Government has not been able to carry out the projected judicial reform due to not having a qualified majority in Congress, and therefore the entire national legal system remains in the hands of the opposition.
