On Friday, during her daily address to the press, the vice president said that the document was signed by the president of the Nicaraguan foundation “Incanto”, Alberto San José, and the directors of both theaters, Ekaterina Dulova and Ramón Rodríguez.

She also reiterated that the agreement will be developed with the exchange of all kinds of events that will contribute to “our recognition as brotherly peoples and the strengthening of our artists’ capacities”.
