The bill would create the National Institute for the Custody and Administration of Seized, Confiscated, and Forfeited Assets, to be connected with the Ministry of Finance.

The new Institute would have a legal personality, with administrative, financial, and technical autonomy, and be responsible for the management and destination of seized, confiscated, abandoned, or forfeited assets.
