This work would allow the reconstruction of a bi-regional work agenda, aimed at “cooperation and reversing the deterioration of our integral relationship in recent years”.
The decision of the European Union (EU) to impose its own format on the III Summit would be disrespectful to the main forum for dialogue and cooperation among all the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, and threatens to cause the failure of the efforts made towards its organization, he stressed.
