The multi-missile attack aimed the Turkish base near the Research Center in the town of Azaz northern Aleppo, informed the Athr Press.

Local activists described some Turkish military officers died, while there has been no reaction from the Turkish authorities yet.

Turkey has been illegally controlling large areas in northern Syria since 2018, and has kept 114 military sites and checkpoints in Aleppo, Idlib, Raqa, Hasakeh and Latakia.

Damascus has repeatedly condemned the Trurkey´s military presence, which it described as an occupation and assured that it prevents the complete liberation of its territory from terrorism.
