During a meeting in the framework of the conference of foreign ministers of the Non-Aligned Movement, held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, the two ministers discussed the most important issues on the agenda of the meeting and current regional and international developments.
They condemned the brutal crimes committed by Israel against the Palestinian people, most recently its aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp, in the West Bank.
Both foreign ministers praised the level of coordination and cooperation between the two countries at various international forums, and stressed the importance of maintaining it in order to confront the western policies targeting Damascus and Tehran and other nations that reject hegemonism.
