According to the journalist of the local channel Al Manar Ali Shoeib, military troops of the country forced the machine to work in areas far from the Blue Line, established by the United Nations.
The reporter specified that the Israeli forces guarding the bulldozer fired bullets into the air after the presence of Lebanese citizens to prevent the violation of their sovereignty.
A video posted on Twitter by the reporter showed the enemy transgression of the Blue Line and the destruction of trees.
In view of Tel Aviv’s continuing fortification work on the border, residents of the area planted 40 trees on the part damaged by Israeli equipment on the technical fence, Shoeib specified.
In this context, the Lebanese Foreign Ministry yesterday denounced Israel’s violation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701 by preventing its citizens from entering the village of Ghajar and attempting to annex it.
The Lebanese diplomacy held the Tel Aviv entity responsible for any escalation that may occur as a result of these serious violations of stability and the status quo.
