According to the Sputnik news agency, Putin argued that nuclear arsenal “is the result of a colossal work of many years of our companies, design bureaus, engineers and workers, military and civilian specialists.”
Putin further indicated that Russia´s Army will soon receive the first Sarmat (RS-28) intercontinental ballistic missiles with nuclear capability and a 18K-kilometer range. The Sarmat can reach its targets by flying over the two poles.
