“According to preliminary data, the drone fell on one of the avenues of Belgorod, one man was hospitalized with suspected concussion, the second had minor bruises, and refused assistance at the medical center,” he wrote.

The governor explained that the drone exploded on Shchorsa Street, near the Rosneft gas station, “the device was not far above the ground.”

The investigation noted that no explosive devices were found at the site, emergency units conducted a tour of nearby houses until the inspection was completed.
