According to the information Prensa Latina had access to, among those invited to the forum, 500 representatives from 54 nations are confirmed.
The discussions on the forum sites are geared towards developing specific practical solutions aimed at the comprehensive economic development of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union and other countries of the region.
In addition, the meeting will become a platform for business dialogue, with over 650 business representatives from some 450 companies present, according to the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Alexei Overchuk.
Interventions from representatives of the United Nations and the World Health Organizations, and the International Organization for Migration are also expected, the Russian officer stated.
Overchuk stressed that one of the key discussions (“Priorities of the Eurasian Economic Union 2030+”) will take place in the context of the session of the strategic bloc, and will be attended by the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia and Belarus, Mher Grigoryan and Igor Petrishenko, respectively.
The 2nd Eurasian Economic Forum is held under the chairmanship of the Russian Federation in the bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union in 2023, whose objective is to enhance cooperation in the region.
