Following up with the colorful parade of cars from Avenida Los Libertadores to Bosque de los Héroes, where those attending should enjoy the pre-Romerías concert by Cuban singer-songwriter Frank Delgado.
This Festival’s edition is dedicated to José Martí’s 170th birthday, the Fourth Congress of the Hermanos Saiz Association, and to the people and culture of Mexico.
