Through a press release, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs specifies that the suspension of said approval is carried out “in the face of the interference, daring and insolent statement” of the European bloc released this Tuesday.

As reported, the letter confirms the imperialist and colonialist positions that characterize the EU, and was published on the eve of the National Day of Peace.

Similarly, the Sandinista Executive condemned the historic genocide of the EU, while demanding justice and reparation for these “crimes against humanity and their virulent, greedy and rapacious looting of our wealth and our own cultures”.

The document affirms that in these circumstances and in the face of the permanent siege of the right of the Nicaraguan people to national sovereignty, “we decided not to receive their representative.”
