The publication did not specify the exact date of this war action but confirmed that it occurred in March. The Kinzhal hypersonic missiles destroyed the target, located at a depth of 120 meters.

At the time of the attack, about 300 people, including military advisers and NATO officers, most of them from Britain and Poland, were in the communications center.

US media reported in early March that the Russian army had changed tactics during the special military operation and began using Kinzhal hypersonic missiles in combination with other means.
