Accompanied by seven other parliamentary candidates from the central Cuban province of Villa Clara, the head of State visited that center, the Presidency reported on its Twitter account.
“There is a lot of morale here and the power generation workers in our country, and you in particular, must be respected and admired a lot for everything you have been doing at these complex times,” Diaz-Canel stressed.
He noted that for him it was very significant to start Friday’s tour at that center, which is one of the first trenches of work.
He spokes with the workers about the strategy that Cuba is following to increase the country’s generation capacity.
