The Manned Space Agency reported that they have been conducting extravehicular activities and returned to the station’s central module but did not specify the date of the operations.
It was the second spacewalk of the Chinese astronauts since the first one occurred on February 10. Among others, they finished installing external pumps outside the Mengtian laboratory module.
The Shenzhou-15 mission departed to space on November 29, 2022, with three crew members who will stay for six months in the central module of the space station to finalize its assembly.
It is the tenth manned mission in the history of China.
