The incident occurred in the locality of Tal Dahab south of the municipality of Qamishli in the northeastern Hasakeh province, located about 600 kilometers northeast of this capital.

On Dec.21, the bodies of two displaced women who were raped and murdered were found, and locals are accusing the head and members of the SDF Military Council of perpetrating this crime.
