India´s coronavirus infection and active cases dropped to 3,608, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare reported on Saturday.
The country´s overall death toll climbed to 530,667, after other four victims were reported in the last 24 hours.
As many as 44,141,501 people have been recovered, bringing India´s national recovery rate to 98.80%. To date, nearly 2.2 billion Covid-19 vaccine doses have been administered nationwide.
