Regions reporting highest positivity in the last week were O’Higgins, Arica and Parinacota, Antofagasta and Tarapacá.
At present, 8,467 patients are considered as active cases, 114 of them are hospitalized in ICUs. The remaining cases are at-home screening (for five days). In case they do not have proper conditions for an effective quarantine, they may move to any of the 13 Health Residences available in the country.
According to MINSAL, over 1.5 million Covid-19 vaccine doses have been administered so far.
