A Plurinational Assembly on the formation of this mechanism, comprised of indigenous communities, Afro-descendants, social, trade union, and territorial organizations from several countries, will be held on Saturday and Sunday.
Representatives from 14 nations, including Venezuela, Ecuador, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Brazil, Nicaragua, and Mexico, are expected to take part.
