The Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that representatives of countries and international organizations assured her presence on September 27 at the Nippon Budokan memorial hall in the capital.
Confirmed foreign guests include Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India; Anthony Albanese, Australia; and Justin Trudeau, Canada; in addition to the Vietnamese president, Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
