At Cuba’s stand, located at the Puerta de Versailles fairgrounds, various specialists will address the benefits of Cuba with local counterparts.
Travel agencies such as Cubatur, Cubanacán, Paradiso and Ecotur, the Havanatur tour operator and the Gran Caribe, Gaviota, Isla Azul and Cubanacán hotel chains are among those represented at the event.
The First Deputy Minister of Tourism of Cuba, Maria del Carmen Orellana, heads the delegation, which returned strongly to the event after two years of damage to tourism caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
In an interview with Prensa Latina, the Tourism Counselor of the Cuban embassy in France, Diana Rosa Gonzalez, spoke of the interest in promoting Cuba’s tourist destination in the French market.
According to Gonzalez, the fair will serve as the setting for the launch in France of the Cuba Única promotional campaign, focused on a country that stands out in the Caribbean for its diversity of proposals.
“At Top Resa we will work to convey confidence to tour operators, in a global context still in recovery after the pandemic and surrounded by uncertainty due to various crises, aware that we are a safe, attractive destination and recognized for the hospitality of its people,” she stressed.
