This will be the second time in less than a month that the government has used the induced rain technique of injecting a mixture of silver, baking soda and acetone into clouds; the first time took place early this month in the west of the country, including areas of the capital.

The procedure, in coordination with an aviation company in Mali, will continue until the beginning of next September when the rainy season usually begins.
