According to him, the French president and the prime ministers of Germany and Italy travel by train to Kiev and propose to establish a grain supply route through Romania at a time when it is necessary to support the initiative to create a maritime grain corridor.
“What they do is nothing more than open opportunism and political cannibalism,” Bahceli stressed in a meeting with the National Movement, considered an ally of the Turkish president’s ruling Justice and Development Party.
“Isn’t imperialism the main responsible for the food problem, is it not undermining the foundations of the negotiations that are generated?” Bahceli asserted, referring to Turkey’s efforts to create a mechanism to transport Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea and the Dardanelles straits.
