There are not only foreign students at the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM, in Spanish), but across the country, that´s why it is time to look to the future, in view of MINSAP´s capabilities, Dr. Portal stated.
Cuba is focused on strengthening relations between bodies and entities, Víctor Gaute, ICAP Vice President said, while availing himself of this opportunity to express how proud Cubans feel for health personnel and professionals´ efforts during the 2-year Covid-19 pandemic.
