During the meeting, the Cuban leader reaffirmed his country´s willingness to back progress and development of regional mechanism and champion unity against attempts of external interference.
Plus, both sides reviewed ALBA-TCP´s achievements as well as actions taken for future.
According to official information, Mr. Llorenti thanked Cuba for its contribution to the political agreement and ratified his strongly rejection of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States on Cuba.
As part of his official visit to Cuba, Mr. Llorenti has already held previous meetings with Bruno Rodríguez, Cuba´s Foreign Minister, as well as with students and academics linked to international politics.
