At the event on the anniversary, held at the University Theater on Tuesday, the member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and its first secretary in Villa Clara, Yudi Rodríguez, recognized the university’s contribution to the socioeconomic development of the province and the country.
The 3rd UCLV 2021 International Scientific Convention of Science, Technology and Society was held, consisting of some 20 courses, nine symposia, about 62 lectures and the Innovation Fair, which were attended by more than 1,400 participants from 29 nations.
