Egyptian military fair garners wide international presence

Cairo, Nov 29 (Prensa Latina) More than 40 ministers and 400 exhibitors from 42 countries are participating in the second edition of the EDEX 2021 defense fair, which opened here today.

The Minister of State for Military Production, Mohamed Ahmed Morsi, recalled that the first edition held in 2018 was attended by 373 companies from 41 nations.

Morsi said that the event will be attended by a number of Egyptian Ministries and institutions, including the ministries of Defense and Military Production and the Arab Organization for Industrialization.

The event, which will take place from November 29th to December 2nd, will take place at the International Center for Exhibitions and Conventions of this capital, and will have 21 international pavilions.

The fair aims to open up new horizons of cooperation between Egypt and other nations in this field, Defense Minister Mohamed Zaki said recently.
