Dr. Francisco Duran, director of Epidemiology at the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP), informed that 25 of new patients are imported, while the remaining cases are autochthonous, totaling 659,464 contagions recorded in the country with the disease.

In his regular press briefing on television, Dr. Duran said that the death toll rose to 5,377.
