The three nations are the first with which Russia has fully resumed air connections since a set of epidemiological measures applied by Moscow were implemented to curb the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
The remaining destinations still maintain a system of flight quotas. In this regard, the regulatory entity decided to increase the number of flights to Egypt.
However, no airline has so far informed about the launching of more flights to these countries.
The flights to the Dominican Republic have been open since early August, operated only by Azur Air, although Aeroflot also declared its interest in that destination, but it has not so far announced the exact date those flights will start.
