According to the letter, ‘Your country’s own course of development, based on the high principles proclaimed by the Cuban Revolution, continues to inspire millions of people throughout the world.’
On relations between Belarus and Cuba, the president pointed out that bilateral political dialogue is based on mutual trust and understanding, and said that the strategic alliance between the two countries is a model to build international relations, despite the geographical distance.
According to Lukashenko, ‘joint work between our governments to boost commercial, economic, scientific and technical cooperation has significant potential and fully responds to the national interests of both countries.’
