In a regulation sent to its Embassies, and cited by WAFA news agency, the Foreign Ministry urged its diplomats to explain this humanitarian issue in detail and present the case to the governments, parliaments, public opinion and human rights organizations in the host countries.

The note highlighted ‘the dangers of this racist policy’ and the flagrant violation of the international law it represents.

The text affirms that the Israeli strategy seeks to implement a collective punishment to tear the social fabric of the Palestinian people.
