White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki ruled out a Biden´s visit to the site, but reported Tuesday that they are coordinating to guarantee Biden´s presence without subtracting resources from search operations and rescue.

Both Biden and first lady Jill Biden want to thank the heroic first responders, search and rescue teams, and everyone who´s been working tirelessly around the clock, and meet with the families who have been forced to endure this terrible tragedy, waiting in anguish and heartbreak for words of their loved ones, to offer them comfort as search and rescue efforts continue, Psaki told reporters.

Since last Friday, US government declared a state of emergency, with which federal financial aid was available for rescue actions in which more than 200 people were deeply involved, according to the mayor of Miami-Dade County, Daniella Levine Cava.
