The National Diamond Trading Company (SODIAM) assured that the transactions closed on Thursday with 56,645,764 million dollars and 77 cents.

This is the third auction of its kind in the country, which placed special stones from the Uari, Lulo, Catoca and Luele mines for sale, whose evaluation of bids were held electronically in previous days, the entity said.

According to SODIAM, the bid also served to commercialize a batch of ‘run-of-mine’ (raw mineral), from the Luele kimberlite production in the Luaxe region.
