In this regard, Putin reiterated that Ukraine issue is a ‘red line’ and he strongly rejects the idea that Ukraine is part of NATO. He pointed out that Crimea is Russian and told Kiev that it has to talk to the eastern Ukrainian separatists if it wants to recover this territory in any way.
