The Biopsychosocial Program of the Medical Sciences Campus (RCM) at the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) said that a campaign was launched ‘Recognize the signs of child abuse close to you’, which is disseminated on RCM´s social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Such an initiative provides information for the identification of child abuse patterns.
Plus, it handles pediatric cases specialized in various types of abuse and works in interagency collaboration mainly with the Puerto Rico Department of Family and Law Enforcement.
