The president called to get rid of everything that exhausts and, sometimes, ‘even humiliates people’ and demotivates the groups of social institutions, and reduces the efficiency and quality of their work, he warned, according to TASS news agency.
Putin instructed the relevant committees of the Council of State to summarize best the practices and expand the exchange of positive experiences in this sector among regions, health institutions, social services and employment centers, among others.
The head of State said that authorities must constantly seek free resources to improve the work of social institutions, which must meet the highest standards and requirements of Russians, he stressed.
He noted that the State’s social policy should focus on the needs and demands of the people, and the reception of services should be as simple as possible.
Putin referred to the need from doctors, employees of educational institutions, of social services not to get involved in unnecessary procedures, ‘but to dedicate their time and attention to people in the first place,’ he stressed.
