The Paraguayan Ambassador in Havana Bernardino Cano informed Radio Nacional del Paraguay that they will commercialize Cuban candidates, after sending a report to the national government in accordance with Foreign Minister Euclides Acevedo´s instructions on possible purchase options.

‘We visited the Cuban labs and informed the Government in a timely manner that it could begin trade negotiations,’ Cano said while highlighting the great diplomatic relations with Cuba.
