Caracas, Jun 20 (Prensa Latina) The government of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro deplored the abrupt withdrawal of the United States from the Human Rights Council (HR) of the United Nations (UN). In a statement, released by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jorge Arreaza, the executive stated that the U.S. administration''s decision responds to its inability to recognize ''the results of the scrutiny of an international democratic body, which did not conform to its claims of control and subordination ''.
