Kabul, Apr 15 (Prensa Latina) The Afghan Army killed 20 members of the terrorist group Islamic State (IS) and injured 16 in operations carried out in the last 48 hours in the northern province of Jawzjan. The Defense Ministry confirmed in a statement that three foreign fighters and the IS commander in that area, Mohammad Yusof, were killed in the attacks.
The operations took place in Darzab district, a week after the air force killed terrorist leader Qari Hekmat there.
